Architectural Review

Changes to your home's exterior requires approval by the Board.  Before making any changes please send a letter to the VP of Architectural Review describing the changes and including the following information as needed.

• Decks
  • ​Drawings of the plans with dimensions
  • Type of materials to be used
  • Brochure or picture from the builder if possible
• ​Sheds
  • ​Drawing of the location in the yard where the shed will be erected
  • Type of materials to be used
  • Color Scheme
  • Brochure or picture form the builder if possible
  • MAXIMUM SIZE for sheds is 12' X 12'
• ​Fences
  • ​Dimensions
  • Type of materials to be used
  • Brochure or picture from the builder if possible
• Paint
  • Color Sample This is required to change the color of your front door, shutters or grage. If you are repainting the same color due to fading, approval is not needed.
• Garage Doors
  • Color Scheme
  • Brochure or picture form the builder if possible
• Patios
  • rawings of the plans with dimensions
  • Type of materials to be used
  • color scheme
• Pools
  • Drawings of the plans with dimensions
  • Type of materials to be used
